Meet the founder
Qualified in Business Psychology, Business Coaching and Counselling, Dannielle (PHD candidate, MSc, MSc, BA, PG Cert, PG Dip) is a HCPC member and MBPsS. She is highly accomplished in understanding and analysing human behaviour in the workplace. Her areas of expertise and academic research lie in Leadership Personalities and Mental Resilience which has seen her developing a psychometric with some of the world’s leading Business Psychologists.
Dannielle is passionate about making longstanding and positive impacts on people’s working lives and does so through her work with Leaders. Dannielle is a highly regarded Business Coach and Workshop facilitator having worked with some of the world’s largest organisations and brands. She is also an accomplished public speaker and loves nothing more than to share her knowledge of The Dark Triad with a willing audience.
Dannielle is also on the Advisory Board for SME Financial Advisors, Freeman of the WCoMC, and is Resident Business Psychologist columnist at Start-Ups Magazine.
Dannielle is an avid supporter of all Mental Health causes and provides mental health support and guidance to many organisations. She created a “Bags of Potential” initiative to raise money for Mind Charity.
